CA Ashok Mittal is a distinguished Chartered Accountant, Insolvency Professional, and IBBI Registered Valuer with over 25 years of rich experience across finance, banking, restructuring, valuation, and regulatory compliance. Over the course of his career, he has held senior positions in leading financial institutions and corporate organisations, gaining deep expertise in financial management, debt restructuring, budgeting, MIS, statutory compliance, forensic review, and strategic advisory. His combined experience in both corporate and professional practice allows him to bring a balanced, practical, and insightful approach to every assignment he undertakes.

As an Insolvency Professional, he has handled multiple Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes (CIRP) and Liquidation assignments as IRP, RP, and Liquidator across diverse industries. In his valuation practice, he has completed more than 150 valuation assignments for businesses, equity, ESOPs, financial instruments, transactions, and regulatory purposes under various Indian laws.
